Tonight, once again I have no hot water. Seems to be a re occurring event. This week alone I have trapped five rodents in my apartment. I have been here nearly 4 years and the problems seem to be getting worse. The enamel over coating to the 1974 bathrooms are chipping away revealing a gross blue previous bathroom and red slime.
