We don't always go out, but when we do, it's to Foray. This is a local gem. The owners are locals who have brought an elevated farm-to-table dining experience. This is a place you settle in and wine and dine and enjoy. Every dish is carefully curated depending on the season, with local fresh finds. The chef carefully curates his menu and we had the privilege of enjoying some of the dishess from the season. I forgot to take photos of each of our dishes but every one of them was delightful.

We visited the Carmel area and wanted to stop by at one of the acclaimed restaurants of the area. Many of them were booked up. We walked into Foray and though they were booked they accommodated us at the bar. We were so glad to end up at this restaurant for dinner. They offer a 3 course menu or chefs tasting menu. Recently celebrated our first year anniversary here and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, the vibe was elegant but not stuffy—a modern feel. The sparkling water was not too spicy (iykyk). We did the three course and it was perfect. We plan to return and do the tasting experience one day.
