Amazing! Forest bathing was totally new and weird and different etc to me. I have always struggled getting to a place of calm to stop my racing thoughts. Raeanna and the rest of the group made being present and vulnerable so much easier.
Loved the education and the pace was just right! I will be booking more classes and would like to book a one on one forage ! Highly recommended
Forest Bathing with ‘Foraging With You’ was incredible! Walking barefoot in the forest, grounding, connecting with the trees and listening to the symphony of the plants was so powerful. ❤️❤️❤️ And a bonus was the chance encounter with a beautiful owl ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommend this one hour experience with Raeanna.
We did the mushroom tour in the fall and came back for a summer plant tour and it was wonderful. Learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed our time.
