I wish I could give them ZERO stars!! I walked in and said I want a polish change and TIPS on my big toes, and my eyebrows waxed. The lady was like”sure ma’am we take care of you” (insert their voice) I sit down get my feet done they DON’T put on the they decide they will do an overlay and sculpt the big toes. “No ma’am it look better this way very pretty” (insert their voice). Drove in from East Texas, On my way to see the Urban Nutcracker at the Stafford center, stopped in asked for gel nails, waited 15 min… Cost $27… this day was good for me, a treat yourself weekend! I am pleased….
Excellent customer service! They are so nice and friendly and pay attention to detail to make sure you truly get what you want. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get your nails done!
I can’t believe the guy that works there did this to my wife’s nails 😡😡 we will never go back to this place.
