I was a patient in 2018/2019. The waiting room was always packed and never was a time you waited less than a hour past your appointment. This was the norm in west texas at the time so I dealt with it. When an ultrasound was scheduled they had the outside tech come in to do them and had scheduled multitudes of women that day for this. I called on Monday to get an appointment for a ruptured cyst, I was in alot of pain, dealing with nausea,vomiting and I was told the Insurance coordinator would verify my insurance and "call me back today" it is now Thursday and i never heard back from the office. I ended up at the e.r. due to an infection. I work in the medical field myself and if a patient is calling complaining about pain and a possible infection you schedule them!!
