Worst service that I ever experienced
Worst unprofessional dr I have been he is very judgemental and inconsiderate for people with problems he is very rude so is the staff members I have never felt less important a day in my life
My experience with this office was very disappointing. The staff was consistently rude and uncommunicative. There were several serious issues during my time as a patient. For instance, they questioned my long-standing asthma diagnosis, insisting I had just developed it—even though I’ve had asthma since childhood. One of the most alarming incidents was when I received a call asking when I would like to schedule my miscarriage appointment—while I was still pregnant and feeling my baby kick. I hate leaving negative reviews but, I had my doctors appointment today. This will be my first baby! When I arrived, I was 10 early and had printed all the paper work and filled it out before hand. I waited at the window for 5 minuets when the 2 ladies behind the desk sat there and had a whole conversation and ignored me. Finally when I was brought to the back they asked me to pee in a cup for the test. The WORST obgyn ever!! My appointment was for 2 got there on time they took like 30-35 minutes to call me back once in the room after 15 minutes girl walks in there first thing she asked me was if I had paid in which I said no (usually it’s after the visit in all places) she asked me to go pay for the dr to see me, once I paid she asked questions etc said dr would be in shortly, another girls walks in right after and said dr was gonna be there in 5 minutes.. 1hr 20 minutes later no dr yet I have other appointments, kids etc ... read more
