I've made a purchase from this store 3 times. The customer service is not what I expect from a business. The same girl has been working each time I've visited the store over a period of 6 months. There's always a second worker as well. They ask if you need help, but are not very friendly. They also don't really seem knowledgable about hair. I pretty much had to figure things out on my own. The business is bad,okay they have a senser at the door soon as you walk in or what ever its called,after you done shopping that it goes off and everybody comes running to the front saying I wanna check your purse,but you don't have anything it is so embarrassing i will never go in that store again prices are good but not the people.Ill give it a 1 for prices and sales
