Lack of communication, professionalism, respect, and timeliness. When paperwork was completed it was not filed with the court. I paid for the filing and had to pay it again because it never got done. Was promised to be paid back and suddenly went MIA and stopped communicating once again. Over the course of a month I received several excuses as to why the paperwork wasn't completed or filed with the court. Would definitely not recommend or use their services again.
They never answer the phone or return your call
I was extremely disappointed in my service. I do not feel that everything was explained in enough detail or the proper things stressed. Due to this, my husband and I made an error that delayed our divorce and added a lot of confusion. This included my husband going to a court appointment that she (Jessica Casarez Scheid) assured me was canceled.
