I have had the pleasure of learning/practicing yoga with Carrie since the beginning of 2024. As someone who had never done yoga before, I have been delighted to find that I love it, and I believe a lot of the credit goes to Carrie. She brings her expertise with joy to each class, and she is so easy to follow, gives great direction and options, and I never feel clumsy or like the newbie I am. I love Carrie’s gentle approach to yoga and her voice , but most of all I love how good 😊 I feel after each class. Carrie’s knowledge and expertise shine through in the fun variety she offers in each class. If you’re thinking about taking one of her classes, don’t wait! Highly recommend
