Carrie knows how to make yoga fun, relaxing, and effective! She encourages movement that gets into all the sticky little places where I need it. She provides options so that I can adapt the moves to suit my body. Such a healing and restorative practice.
Absolutely the best yoga class and coach! Carrie is the warmest, accommodating and knowledgeable coach.
I have had the pleasure of learning/practicing yoga with Carrie since the beginning of 2024. As someone who had never done yoga before, I have been delighted to find that I love it, and I believe a lot of the credit goes to Carrie. I love Carrie’s gentle approach to yoga and her voice , but most of all I love how good 😊 I feel after each class. Carrie’s knowledge and expertise shine through in the fun variety she offers in each class. If you’re thinking about taking one of her classes, don’t wait! Highly recommend
