We had a truly wonderful time at For The Birds. So quiet, a beautiful view, forest walks at our doorstep, yet near restaurants, wineries and the coast. The best-equipped place we have stayed! We were 2 couples so each of us had a wing of the house each so it was extremely spacious - even a lounge and dining space each! Would also be great for 4 couples, 3 of whom were happy to share a bathroom, the other wing being the master suite. I had a chance to stay here a few years ago, it was magical. A beautiful home in the country, a timeless venue for family gatherings. If you are looking to get away from it all, I can highly recommend stay here!
I am scared to recommend in case we can’t get in there ourselves every year! We have just got home after five nights....We love this place... it’s a beautiful home. So much room for ourselves, our two daughters and their growing families. Four bedrooms, one being a huge master bedroom with an en-suite. Two other rooms have queen size beds with the last room having bunk beds which include a double bed! All so clean, with lots of storage space and lovely bed linen and towels.
