The owner William or Will smokes weed while he’s “working” and infront of the clients. The building needs to be inspected im sure it wont pass the codes. Crackheads clean the building then hang around to be paid afterwards. The mechanics are all crackheads or illegal immigrants who cant speak english AT ALL he uses the google translator on his phone to communicate with them.
