This place was magical!!! ! I was looking for a 3 night yoga retreat in the Kootenays and Johanna, the host at For-Rest , designed a private yoga retreat that offered amazing yoga, hiking, time at the water, sound bath healing, Thai massage, the most DELICIOUS cuisine prepared by Johanna herself (a trained culinary chef) and soooooo much more.
