we really wanted to like this place after finding a salon able to take our dog for a walk-in bath on a whim. we needed somewhere to bring our dog for a bath after a morning at the beach. Found the salon and decided to give it a try. The only good thing about this experience was that the groomer was available on short notice. I hit them up 3 times and never heard back from them really needed to get my cat done but there’s a mobile grooming service that was way more professional then here
I will never return. Their prices are not posted, nor do they quote a price beforehand. I was charged $300 for a bath and trim, and then had the audacity to ask about a tip!
Jason and his brother worked a miracle on our very senior bengal Cat, Louis. I was worried to drop him off because he is so old and an outdoor cat not leaving our front yard much anymore. I am amazed and what a transformation our furry family member has received. Louis was extremely matted had hard to comb our knots throughout his coat. He is a new man now! They also took pictures of him during to show how relaxed he was receiving his treatment. Thank you Jason and team!
