Unprofessional and overpriced! $225 for a bath and a trim, plus $75 for derangement, totaling $300, and they asked for a TIP!
Don’t make an appointment here. I made an appointment, and even confirmed appointment via text message. When I came in I was told the owner who grooms cats was not in and probably did not see my appointment. Owner or workers dog is barking and running around. I have an older cat and this is not okay or safe.
Our dog had a grooming there last week and he came home not the same dog. He can barely move his tail and is acting totally subdued, and afraid. I don't know what happened but will never go back.
Always great with my dogs, even if my dogs aren't great!
