Crooks if you ask me, would give them zero stars if I could! My daughter was traveling from New York to Indiana when he car broke down. It was around 2:15 in the afternoon just before the 2026 July 4th holiday weekend. This place was contacted by police who stopped to assist. They towed our car 8.0 miles back to their yard. They were closed the next three days, but the time I was able to move the car to a repair shop, my bill was $1300 ($150.00 for a call out, $75.00 for a hook fee, $75.00 for a winch fee, $200 for a tow fee... read more

They didn’t communicate properly about the cost. Estimate was originally under $900, when I went to pick it up they charged me another $450 for parts and work done without my consent. Almost $1400 total and they didn’t fix the problem, engine light still on. Avoid.

PRICE GOUGERS! They towed me about a mile on a Friday evening at 7:30 PM. They weren't open until Monday. When I went there, they refused to give me anything until I paid $666.00. They said it was for the tow and $80.00 a day storage. You can park your car in New York City in a guarded garage for $38.00 a day. I refused and walked away. Use Jordon at J. And R. Towing in Wellsville. He's an honest guy.
