what a truly wonderful community and facility. My wife and I had the pleasure of dropping in when we were visiting Russellville for a wedding and we were greeted by the warmth and friendliness of the coaches and members. It doesn’t matter that it’s not an official CrossFit affiliate - they offer the same top notch experience and programming I’ve encountered at some of the best boxes I’ve seen on my travels
Great people there! They make you feel comfortable, no matter what level you're at. Always different, always challenging and usually 3 different levels so you can choose how far you want to go each day. Functional, exciting, just awesome! Highly recommend this gym!!
