I've hired this company for under slab rough-in. The job isn't complete yet, but so far the customer service has been excellent. Can't comment on the price yet, as I don't know what it's ultimately going to cost, but once the job is done I will post another review. 3 Months Later... Under slab rough-in was done, but significantly over the estimate. I was quoted $3,000-4,000 and it ended up being close to $6,000. Great service, used them twice so far and they came on time and did the work promptly and effectively. Highly recommend!
I personally called a plumber for a job. They called me once of their arrival and than never spoke to me again. Instead the ONLY told the park manager what was going on..didn't realize the owners of unit aren't important enoug Edit: brought this up two stars because after I made the review the company reached out to apologize that I was not communicated too and was stated moving forward I will only be the one communicated too
