I had a very good experience with my massage therapist, Elizabeth, and the front desk staff was pleasant. However, I am giving a one-star review due to lack of transparency at the time of booking. I was not informed that the clinic charges above the fee guide when I booked appointments for myself and my spouse. Additionally, I was told that I would not need to handle any insurance paperwork and that the clinic would take care of everything. Klayton was great!
I’ve recently started seeing Klayton (RMT at the Kingsway location) and have had an excellent experience. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and takes the time to listen and explain what he’s doing and why. The treatments have been very effective, and I’ve noticed an improvement after each session. The center itself is welcoming and my overall experience has been consistently positive. I would highly recommend both Klayton and For Health’s Sake!
I've only had great experiences coming to the clinic. I come for a range of services, and everyone I get to work with is extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming. Special shoutout to Klayton for being an amazing massage therapist! Always feel better and a lot more relaxed after our sessions.
I have had two treatment sessions with osteopath Marc-Anthony and have been very impressed. He is professional, skilled, made me feel comfortable and gave me hope. I saw him as a last ditch effort to find a solution for my pain as everything I was trying wasn’t working. After two treatments my pain is significantly reduced and I am convinced I will be fully recovered before long. I am grateful for his knowledge and skill and would highly recommend him to anyone.
