Discovered Marc (osteopath) through an online review and hoping this does the same for you! I was searching everywhere for an osteopath in the city and I can see why he was recommended. I had to try it for myself. Client care is truly at the heart of what he does and he helps me understand the body as a whole and some of my symptoms. Glad I finally found a good osteopath in the city!
I had a very good experience with my massage therapist, Elizabeth, and the front desk staff was pleasant. However, I am giving a one-star review due to lack of transparency at the time of booking. I was not informed that the clinic charges above the fee guide when I booked appointments for myself and my spouse. Additionally, I was told that I would not need to handle any insurance paperwork and that the clinic would take care of everything.
