Arrived at 4:30pm and found that the door was locked and lights off, despite the sign on the door saying open and their hours online saying they'd be open. Edit: changed star review as the business provided context and explained that they were closed due to power issues :)
I got scammed it said it closed at 10pm I got there at 4:25 and it was close
I arrived at opening time 2pm and I was the only person there but it was an astou ding experience to have the Oreo chocolate shake!!. Great service. No rush and cost about 17.00 I was relaxing and thinking this us amazing to be here all alone distressing fir a change from my hectic schedule. Clean areas and perfect drink. Love it!@! Go for it guys!!
We were excited to try this place for the first time, but it was very disappointing. The place was dirty, the washroom was out of service, the receipt printer wasn't working, and they had no whipped cream, so I couldn't order what I wanted. If you care about your business, you should restock basic items instead of telling customers they're unavailable. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. And to make things even worse, I ended up with an upset stomach the next day because of this drink. What a terrible experience!
