I walked in and two people were working there. Both were tending to other customers. One gentleman looked at me. The other lady never did. I was the only other customer in the store. I stood there for 10-15 minutes. Neither said hello or can I help you or we will be with you soon. Nothing. I thought the man actually was a customer at first. He looked up and saw me and said nothing. I finally walked out feeling this was very rude and poor customer service. I left and gave my business to another eye glass company
For Eyes is the best place around to get glasses inexpensively. They always have sales and promotions going on and they accept most insurances. They have excellent customer service as well. I have had scratched glasses, glasses that needed adjustments, and a pair that started crazing, and they've always fixed them for no charge. Highly recommend the Nashua office as they are all so friendly and accomodating.
