I purchased a pair of glasses here earlier this year. I broke them and came back to get a new frame. Not only is my frame unavailable but there is not a single frame in the store that may be usable for the lenses that I have. The prescription is less that a year old and the lenses are useless. I’ve never experienced this before. They even had no solution for my dilemma.
Extremely kind people here. I'm visiting Virginia from New York and had an accident where I lost my contacts and had no glasses. Serena was able to call my optometrist in NY to get my prescription and set me up with two pairs of contacts without charge. I'm truly grateful for their compassion. Thank you.
Beyond Excellent Customer Service from Serena and Everett. Serena went out of her way to help me find affordable durable glasses. Very knowledgeable. Excellent in their field. Everett was helpful and kind as well. Amazing prices! We were able to buy frames for multiple family members for $200 less than what two pairs of glasses were for me alone at another company.
