Poor customer service. I've walked past many times, admiring the frames, and decided today was the day. Big let down. Three attendants and none said hello. We were trying on frames - so clearly looking for something! No one was interested. The male worker slipped his way in front of us and started lining the glasses up - the ones we just put down! - still no acknowledgement. The service is perfect. She’s very polite and listen to my request even it’s a minor issue.
You won't find optometrists with better care and professionalism as Daniel and Nadine. The frames in store are so unique and special - a huge thank you to Linn, Matina and Marianne who made the selection process such a fun and enjoyable experience. I will be coming back for all my future eyechecks and glasses, because the lenses are so high tech! I can't recommend this store highly enough😊
