I visited For Eyes Only yesterday and discovered one reason why this Optometrist outlet scores so highly. I was up from Sydney and needed emergency repairs on my glasses hinge. They fixed it on the spot, smiled and said 'no charge'. Says a lot about their attitude .
I had the pleasure of visiting the shop last year and I was super impressed by Linn's professionalism and knowledge. I recently came back to buy a pair of glasses I fell in love with a year ago and Linn and Marianne were incredibly helpful. Daniel, the optometrist was able to put my prescription lenses in in 30 min after my purchase! The selection of frames is classy and so vaste that you will definetively find something for you. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.
Poor customer service. I've walked past many times, admiring the frames, and decided today was the day. Big let down. Three attendants and none said hello. We were trying on frames - so clearly looking for something! No one was interested. The male worker slipped his way in front of us and started lining the glasses up - the ones we just put down! - still no acknowledgement.
