I purchased a pair of sunglasses on 2/17/2024 for a $159 which included a protection plan costing $35. To which on the second time of wearing the glasses, one of the lenses popped out. From there, I went back to the establishment where they decided they need $40 for the repair which I refused to pay. I then took them to Small Claims Court on 7/22/2024, to which I won my case for $203 ($159 for the glasses and $44 for court fees).
