Shout out to Tamara and Brooke both have good customer service. I highly recommend customers to speak with those two they were more professional, then the manager and I believe her name was Maneli and the assistant manager was Sequoia and that manager Sequoia was very rude over the phone and in person my second time coming there, and I ask Sequoia if she can get my son glasses out of the shipment box that they receive instead of me having to wait three days later due to the fact, the glasses was already at the store, but sti... read more

Sequoia did a fabulous job working with me to find the right set of frames for my future glasses. she also found that i had insurance benefits that could be utilized. All in all Sequoia was fantastic in customer service and support to help me get the best deal possible. i am highly pleased

I finally found an eye care doctor.that finally have good customer service and she was very well spoken on the phone. She go by the name Vari ver well Manor, very patient no complaints first best experience I had in years speaking to someone over the phone trying to get the best service for my 10 year-old son being his first time getting glasses very understanding young lady I think she’ll be the one to speak and request to speak to moving forward.
