It was a very simple streamlined process verify me insurance or picking glasses the staff were incredible as they not only helped apply a discounts and benefits and we're also incredibly accommodating what I was having issues with payments
The Germantown location provides an excellent service. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would like to especially call out Javid who helped with a complicated prescription for me. It was exactly what I needed. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got the frames and glasses up to the highest standard. It has become my favorite location I go to every year. Great job, Javid!
