I needed new glasses and prescription so I shopped for a good service and price since I don't have any insurance. Not only they gave me the best price they also were helpful and provided good service .two extra visits to make sure everything fits good at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

Nice, Fast, Affordable I used the YP app to find this location. Everyone on the staff was nice. My experience was good, from the phone call, to the receptionist and finally the doctor. I made a list minute call and they were able to put me on the schedule. I didn't want to have my eyes dilated, and they respected my request. I don't have vision insurance, so the price was right for me.

I went to tight the screws of my eye glasses, they offered do it for free and I really appreciated that. However, they seemed to tightened them too much and it created a scratch on the crystals in a $1000 value glasses. I talked with the manager and he was unresponsive, he said he was my fault because I didn't asses the risk of doing that and he didn't care of my problem. DO NOT GO HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR AN EYE EXAM EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO RE-ORDER CONTACTS. They will not let you re-order more contacts unless you come in and Pay for another exam. I just came in for an exam 2 Months ago, prescriptions are valid for a Year, but the manager insists that the doctor must see you again before you can order more contacts. I shouldn't have to pay for an eye exam again when I just did 2 months ago and my prescription even says right on it "valid for one year" . It's just... read more

Everyone was friendly from the time I walked in till the time I picked up my glasses and contact lenses. I would reccomend this store to anyone looking for an eye exam and or to buy glasses, They were helpful and the manager was amazing! Thanks for reading........

Ask about the return policy, it's not posted but while they say you have 30 days and you can exchange them, when you try they give you a hard time.

Not very good customer service, I was not even acknowledged until it was time for them to leave at 4 minutes to six, instead I was hurried out of the store. I didn't have that problem at Pearle Vision, I was treated like the first customer of the day, May you should take a page out of their customer service manuel for eyes. Guess who got my business and why?

I have been wearing glasses for years and have been to different places to purchase glasses because I always just did the "sale". I have seen all the crazy commercials at for eyes and decided to come into the calumet city location. I have never felt So comfortable! The people your company hires have the beat customer service I have had! Economy is tough but there are prices ranges for everyone! You have the best team at that store!! Im letting everyone know!! Keep up the good work!!!

I think the asinine 1-star review speaks for itself, but I just wanted to make sure people don't think this place actually deserves one star. My wife and I have had great experiences at this location. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, and they handled my spazzy children patiently.
