They gave me great glasses and never charged me a dime. They took the Preferred Care Partners insurance and didn't charge anything extra, accepting the insurance payment as the total payment for the glasses. First time I receive this treatment in 15 years with Preferred Care Partners, using other optical stores. Thank you For Eyes!
Was fraudulently overcharged by $400 for glasses with prescription when I could have been given reading glasses.
Been going here for years, 10 or more. Have recommended to others for years. It now has been over a week since ordered my glasses. Nothing special about them. Called them and told not to expect them in store until at least tuesday. Seriously. Very disappointing.
I've been going to For Eyes for more than 5 years to get my eye exams and prescription glasses. Shafi provides exceptional customer service, giving welcomed guidance to help me select frames, and processing my insurance quickly and efficiently. After having horrible service from two other vision care providers, I was happy to have discovered For Eyes. Their new office is amazing with an improved selection of modern frames and hip decor. Prices on frames are hard to beat.
I was the only customer in the store and the manager Christine and the sales lady Tully informed me they were having a private conversation and could not help me....when I pointed out I was the only customer and I started my purchase with Tilly before Christine came in the front door I was called names by the manager who threatened me... I was in shock...I have been buying my glasses at for eyes longer then the young manager has been alive. I have been satisfied for over 30 years.... Sadly I will not return. Very polite and helpful staff.. I went there for an eyeglass repair.. The lady was really polite, and they fixed it within a jiffy. I would surely go back for a new pair of glasses, and would also recommend this store to others.
It took over 4 months for them to get my contact order correct. Extremely frustrating when you have paid over $400 dollars for people who keep screwing up. I'll never go back.
