Love the doctor! No issues with her. The staff was okay only. They couldn't find my insurance and said that I didnt have any insurance money for contacts. I told them to look under Eyemed and one person said no you dont have that. I called my insurance and was told yes I have Eyemed and yes I had contact benefits. So, now I am going to Costco to buy my contacts which are half the price per box.
Love this place!! The only place I go to for eyewear! Jasmine was very nice, sweet, and super helpful with picking my glasses! Love the atmosphere!!
My experience with the staff was great very polite and helpful. Jasmine was nice enough to help me pick my frame and lens. Thank you ladies.
I returned for my yearly eye exam. The staff and service is great.❤️ 👏🏾They are thorough and accommodating. They will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. The optometrist is great too.❤️ My only problem is, I was disappointed when I went to pick my glasses and contacts up that I missed the 50% off sale by a few days of my scheduled appointment. 😐
