Lovely staff! Jordan fixed my glasses in less than 10 minutes despite the fact that a) I busted one of the arm joints quite badly and b) I didn't buy the glasses from this store. Great experience that made this the easiest thing on my to-do list that day.
I scheduled an appointment for this morning at 9am, and had several reminder from For Eyes via both text and email. I get here, the lady says they are having technical difficulties. She says please wait for a minute, I say no problem. Then she spends 30 minutes talking to everybody but me. I finally make her pay attention to me, show her the confirmation email, and she says, too bad, I can see you at 10:30. What the holy hell??? Insanely rude and unprofessional. Everyone in this office from the time you check in, get the exam, and check out was amazing and super nice! I truly appreciate the quickness and efficiency of this office. I'll be making this my regular office instead of the previous one I was using.
