I've been coming here for 12 years. Always get my eye exam from Dr. Howard Hartz and buy my contacts and glasses from For Eyes. Love the prices - especially the discounts. Yesterday I saw Bill. Talk about exemplary service. Go to For Eyes and you won't be disappointed.
Exemplary customer service time and again. Rob always goes above and beyond to work within my FSA budget. And today upon my arrival he had at least 15 frames selected that he knew were my "taste" - and was spot on!! I appreciate the value both Rob and Peggy place on building and maintaining relationships with their customers. I would not go anywhere else! I ordered five pair and cannot wait to wear them.
I have gave this place my business for more than 10 years and this is how you treat me. I would not recommend Four eyes Optical due to the piss poor attitude I received today from the receptionist. Upon arrival to the store after I took off from work today I was received by the receptionist with "didn't you get the voicemail we left you, your appointment was cancelled".
