J'adore m'entraîner avec Laurie-Anne, ce que je fais l'été dans des parcs montréalais depuis plusieurs étés. Elle propose des circuits créatifs, est réactive et répond tout à fait à mes besoins en termes d'entraînement musculaire et de mobilité. Longue vie à son beau projet.

Laurie-Anne est une coach extraordinaire. Elle a su adapter mes séances selon mes problèmes de santé et mes limites. Elle m'a permis de persévérer et après avoir terminé 10 séances avec elle, j'en reprends 20 autres! She's the best!

I had a n amazing experience doing my training with Laurie Anne. I am a senior woman and it's so long that I didn't exercise that I have lost confidence in myself. Laurie Anne is very patient and brings the best out of you. With her help I was able to realize that I am not as weak as I thought. Thanks to Laurie Anne I have got back my confidence and frankly I am better than before. Most importantly I have gained strength and confidence in myself. I recommend Laurie Anne . God bless her.
