For colored girls health well was a place where I got to discover one of the best parts of myself as long as taking good care of my health. The coach was very patient and nice to me.
I was blessed to be a volunteer and participate at Laurie-Annes event Les Olympiades Intergénérationnelles! I had a great time! all of the classes were encouraging, fun, challenging (in the best way) and taught by amazing people! Laurie-Anne’s class was a circuit that made me realize working out can be fun and is always better with more people!! Thank you soo much for hosting this event and for letting me volunteer!!
Absolutely loved the workout experience! Laurie-Anne was really helpful showing me and my friend what to do and how to use the equipments! Overall great experience, would highly recommend!!!
Had an amazing experience working out with Laurie-Anne! She was really kind and made the whole experience enjoyable, she helped in many ways and provided all the support I needed into my workouts! Highly recommend :)
