Unethical, unprofessional, unhelpful and dishonest. These people are dangerously careless and shouldn’t be allowed to treat anything more serious than an attitude problem.
It's really sad the even when working with a child they can't seem to get him into counseling after waiting months for there deadline, we told I have to wait another 15 days to schedule. Learn how to run a business or close down geez
So far I absolutely love it. Every person I have dealt with from the therapists to the customer service and appt reps they are helpful, respectful and accommodating.
