Bathroom facilities poor! Water Well run dry during reception in bathroom sink n toilet.. embarrassing.to say the least!😔
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Extremely unprofessional the whole way around. Dishonest and rude from the start until the very end. Doesn’t return calls and didn’t provide what was listed in their contract. Promises broken as what would be provided or available for use on the property with no intention of telling me they couldn’t provide all that was promised. I was so excited when I arrived and toured the beautiful venue!! It was perfect for our ceremony and pictures for our wedding day. I messaged and called multiple times after that to see what I needed to do to reserve my date and to see if it was even available, I never heard back, my maid of honor also called multiple times and never heard back either.
Wonderful setting for a wedding. Management was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. Was here for a friend's wedding, and it was the perfect setting.
