Fantastic! Absolutely love both reflexology and full body massage.
Horrible. Masseuse wore latex gloves. Felt like I was a dish in a sink. What false advertising.
Have to agree with another review that the staff and therapists are always very nice and welcoming, but the massage I received recently was very disappointing. The massage therapist used a rough towel to massage me the entire time, and he didn't do much more than press down on different areas with the towel. It would've been nice to know beforehand that was the style of massage the therapist provided, so I could have selected a different therapist. My partner and I enjoyed the experience very much.
I came in for a foot massage recently and wanted to share some honest feedback. The staff were lovely and the environment was really relaxing, but unfortunately the massage itself felt more like a light rub with very minimal pressure. I sent an email to try and resolve this privately, but unfortunately I didn’t hear back. I’d still be open to giving it another try if there’s an option for deeper pressure or a therapist who specializes in a more targeted technique.
