The people who answer the phone here are polite and care. This is one of the very few faith-based counselling places in the Richmond area that accepts insurance. Most Christian therapists refuse to deal with insurances. I see Tim Weaver. He's trained in DBT which is amazing! I was referred to DBT after a psychiatric hospital admission. I had just started going to Tim I had no idea he had professional training in DBT! Clearly a match made by Heaven :-) I am so grateful for this guy and proud of my progress so far.
Tried to call and make an appointment. Had to leave a voicemail during their posted business hours. Never got a call back. I called them back after a week, and was told the person I wanted to see wasn’t taking new patients. Never got an apology for the lack of callback.
