We had to stay here during the F1 weekend because our prior accommodation was cancelled 2 weeks before. It was quite literally the last option. For $450 for 2 nights (the most affordable we were going to get at such short notice) it served its purpose so to speak, but it's fair to say you wouldn't pay that normally. The room was clean but smelled strongly of cigarettes. There were cigarette burns on the counter top. The bathroom was the best part, clean, spacious and fairly modern. On arrival, the surrounds needed to be cleaned, the grass badly needed cutting and the cigarette containers outside the rooms, looked like they hadn’t been emptied for some time. Inside, the single bed I slept in was very comfortable and clean. The “dining” chair seats were of broken vinyl like fabric - certainly appearing not to be clean. Even a small amount of basic cleaning and outdoor maintenance would see a big improvement.
