Clean serviced rooms, great location, very comfy.
Husband and I stayed for one night. Thankfully thats all it was. We literally just needed a bed for the night having attended an event not too far away. Vibes are definitely sketchy with holes in the walls, pills and random finger nails under the couch and behind it, unkept front garden, place felt gross. Bed was clean and comfy which is what we needed really. Like all the other reviews of no milk for beverages or extra blanket, I can attest that was the case for us too.
Stayed in room 37, it was well equipped and had everything I needed. Is it basic? Yes. Was it clean? Yes. Reception, management and housekeeping are very friendly. Laid back casual motel in a busy area. Would return.
I recently stayed in what was advertised as an Executive Spa Suite, but unfortunately the experience did not match that standard at all. Several basic amenities were missing, including: • No hair dryer • No bathroom slippers • No toothpaste or toothbrush • No milk or coffee provided, only tea bags • Unpleasant smell in the room The most disappointing part was the mattress. Let’s start with the positive… Person at the front desk was friendly and check in went well, the location was good for what we needed and walking into the room smelt clean and was big for a hotel room. Now for the not so great… We booked a spa room for $400 per night (it was a peak weekend) no plug for the spa, bed only had sheets and a blanket, not other blankets provided so too bad if you were cold.
