I went into the clinic enquiring about booking an appointment to see a doctor , the young receptionist attitude was disgusting that by the time she finnished talking I politely said thank you and left the clinic , I understand the clinic is in apart of Footscray where you can get a few characters outside the building but the receptionists attitude , her tone of voice and the look of I don’t want to be here attitude made me walk right back out the door , management please follow this up

came to have a flu shot, but waited for 2 hours because the doctor was busy talking about political issue and what is going on between between Russia and Ukraine. After waiting for 2 hours, got a script to get the medication, have to go to chemist shop and came back, took me a total of 3 hours JUST TO GET A FLU SHOT. PLEASE DO YOUR JOB AS A DOCTOR FIRST instead of talking nonsense !
