Terrible experience. I booked an appointment and the consultation lasted only about 10–12 minutes, yet I was charged for over 25 minutes. The doctor made me sit in the room for nearly 10 minutes without saying a word, just looking at the computer. When I got back there for the result, I was told I had a fungal infection but got no explanation about what type or how serious it was. I am truly very disappointed with the customer service attitude of the staff/assistant here. Not only were they unhelpful, but they were also rude, impolite, and showed no respect for customers. I have been waited for an hour When I asked for how long left and she show rude and disrespectful emotions. No apologies or any polite work.
