dr titi tang is the most unprofessional and unsympathetic person i have ever met. she diagnosed my mother with cancer - and then banned her from attending the clinic because my mum "stopped attending the clinic". during her diagnosis it was during covid - why would my mother need to attend the clinic when she has hospital appointments and chemotherapy back to back. DR TITI TANG was unpleasant and nasty ,, had absolutely no sympathy. i will definitely be taking this further.
I've been going to this clinic since I was a kid so he's my family doctor, but because I rarely get sick and haven't been there in a while. I'm now banned from going? Yeah nice 👍🏼
Horrible clinic, I find the doctors has so much attitude andd ego, and I can tell they only care about Medicare not about the actual patients. Wouldn’t recommend.
The receptionist is very rude and unfriendly. How can she be receptionist when she even doesn’t now how to provide a good service?
