The receptionist is really rude. She didnt even let me speak and just say they dont take any new patient anymore then hung up.
Receptionist Chau is incredibly rude. Called a couple of times today regarding some details for my mum. Chau the receptionist was extremely passive aggressive, talked on top of me, didn’t listen, had a very aggressive tone. Terrible manners for a receptionist and I have not come across someone like that for a long time. What a terrible image she is providing for the medical Centre as she is the face that greets customers. Based on other reviews I think it is known in the community she can be very passive and rude.
very nice group of people, the receptionists were both nice, i dont know why there are many negative reviews.
Dr. Tran is as rude as his receptionists. He gave me an attitude when he knew I am no longer his patient.
