Worst Hospital ever. Not even back in my third world country they treat me like that.

Abysmal experience in the Emergency Department. After arriving with a broken ankle, I waited over five hours in extreme pain. During that time, I was given only one Endone tablet, no ice, no elevation, and absolutely no sign of compassion. The triage nurse couldn’t have been less interested, dismissive, cold, and clearly over it. A broken bone requires immediate care: immobilisation, elevation, and pain management. They kept me almost over 10 hours, and they give you simple choice, move on or sit tight. The staff are made up of females who are trained like a merciless robotic , no empathy or emotions, lying to your face that everything is okay while you are dying. They don’t want to waste their medicine on you and rather send you home, the nature to take care of you.
