They kept me almost over 10 hours, and they give you simple choice, move on or sit tight. The staff are made up of females who are trained like a merciless robotic , no empathy or emotions, lying to your face that everything is okay while you are dying. They don’t want to waste their medicine on you and rather send you home, the nature to take care of you.

Got pushed to the ED after going through 3-4 of the wrong departments. Stood waiting for 20 minutes before we were served. A few finger pricks for a diabetes test, then asked to sit. Been sitting in the same seat now for almost an hour and a half - one visitors (same one) been called in and sent out 4-5 times already. One guy was called in who’s already in there. Other than that, not one person has moved forward at all. I feel this isn’t going to go anywhere forward soon. If this is our local, may as well find another hospit... read more

I’ve need the ER a couple of times over the last 12 months and every time I’ve gone in the staff there have been fantastic. It’s a hard job they have and generally they’re understaffed, under resourced and under paid. So thankful for the work they do.

Worst hospital in the world, and I’m not even over-reacting. My grandmotherher was rushed to the ER and she didn’t get admitted fast, we waited for 14hrs just for her to get admitted in. Worst experience, staff were only on their phones.vending machine in ER was broken, a poor old lady got her money snatched by the machine.

Worst hospital in Victoria. Go somewhere else. Understaffed (although I feel for staff, they are trying their best) full of questionable clientele. Wait times are ridiculous, and overpacked. I was put into a space the size of a toilet cubicle to wait with three other people who were sick, shoulder to shoulder. Go anywhere else.
