Very bad behaviour .. The hospital sent me a letter for same day surgery to attend at 12 p.m .. As I am a careful person, I went at 11 a.m .. I finished everything in half an hour and changed my clothes. I was fast for 12 hours and didn't drink water for 5 hours.. I was alone in the waiting room.. I waited until 2:15 p.m .. Went to Western Health Footscray Hospital with a mate. Had heard a lot of negative reviews, but honestly, it was fine overall.
I was very disappointed with my experience tonight. I was experiencing serious asthma symptoms, including trouble breathing and vomiting, and needed urgent attention. Silvia, the staff member on duty, did not seem to respond appropriately — she didn’t even acknowledge my condition or lift her head to assist. Given the severity of my symptoms, this was very concerning, and we ultimately left without receiving care. The lack of responsiveness in a situation like this is unacceptable.
Terrible. Booking dont mean shyte. Booked in for early morning scan stuck waiting for hours on end
