So much money wasted on a hospital that looks like a 5 star hotel but they pushed my elderly father out as quick as he could stand. Victoria is the worst state in Aus and nurses and doctors should be ashamed at how you treat the elderly. Dont get me started on Sunshine.
Hospital is beautiful and rather modern. The reception staff need to be taught to say please and thank you and speak slowly for the ESL visitors.

Currently stuck in this very hospital - and while that’s generally a pretty unpleasant experience - everyone has been *exceptional*. The nurses and specialists and surgeons are communicative and thorough, the facilities are petite but well designed, clean and well maintained and everyone generally goes their best to make a shitty situation as good as it can be.
