Your switchboard operators need more training! They should NEVER say "uh huh" when being asked a question! They should also not sound uninterested when dealing with inquiries! Very unimpressed with the customer service I received on the phone today, October 2nd 2016 at 11:32am!

My daughter was transferred from sunshine to Footscray. Mental health. Both hospitals, three days before she seen a doctor, pushing drugs into was their form of treatment. The plan was to spend time here, then transfer to private. Elevators take a bit of getting used to, Not just myself but I have seen others confused buy them & the parking is crap, Specially for people who can't walk far, Not enough if not No disabled parking there. Couple off 15min drop off areas & 2 half hour parking up top for disabled but that's useless if you have an appointment because that could take hours.
