Really dissapointed by the experience. Started off good with a friendly mechanic, however if you take your car in for a full service, direct them to the engine light showing an issue and pay $600 dollers you assume by the end of that service the fix engine light would be off, reflecting th engine problem had been addressed and fixed this was not the case. The most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. I received a call at 4:00 PM informing me that my car was ready for pickup—just 30 minutes before closing time. As a doctor working at a busy hospital, I immediately made arrangements to leave and collect the car, especially since I needed it over the weekend for shifts starting at 6:00 AM and ending at 9:00 PM.
