Brought a group of 5 on Friday afternoon at 2:30 - we were able to make an appointment the day before with no problem. The staff were extremely welcoming, warm, and patient. Our appointment started promptly at the scheduled time. Everyone loved the experience, we all got the combination neck and reflexology 1-hour massage. I went here probably 5 times and I have some thoughts. First of all the atmosphere is clean & friendly. You can tell the staff spend effort to serve customers. Some speak better English than the others. However it’s hard to book for an appointment. The first time I was lucky so I got it within 2 hours and it was a Friday. The next sessions didn’t fall into weekend or Friday but I had to wait for 10 hrs (12 PM called for 10 PM appointment) So I cancelled and move it to the next day. I went here with my wife in September of 2025. I go frequently for foot massages to leisure zone in Markham which is great however we wanted to try this new location. The massage here was mediocre, staff were nice however I left an article of clothing here and the staff called me the next day to let me know they found it, described it exactly as it was… My wife went back to the location to get it for me and they claimed they couldn’t find it, my wife drove 30 mins to go there with our young child. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Outstanding Reflexology & Massage Experience! This was our first time at Footscape Spa, and we’re already booked for next week! My husband and I both agreed it was in the top 95% of massages we've ever had — and we've been going regularly for the last 20+.years. We did 45 minutes of reflexology followed by 60 minutes of massage, and both parts were absolutely excellent. I went for the Combo B (foot and body massage) and the experience was incredibly relaxing. The staff were kind and professional, and the massage itself was just what I needed to unwind. My only disappointment was that separate rooms weren’t available for the body massage, even though we had requested them ahead of time. It would’ve been nice to have that bit of privacy, but overall, it was still a great experience. I’d definitely return!
