My daughter spent time at Footprints last summer for a few months. We had a really traumatic start as they haphazardly placed her incorrectly after her initial intake assessment. She did decide to return the next day and for the first month, we were impressed and grateful for the therapists and medical staff; their support, meetings, availability and empathy seemed genuine and impactful. Served rotten eggs thanksgiving morning. Techs act like prison guards. At PHP level, there's very little access to even go outside. There's better options. Choose one of them.
This is an amazing place for recovery. The staff is wonderful, and it is a very clean, comfortable space
Do u guys have like a recovery home setting where if I do 28 days at another facility I can transfer immediately to a recovery home here or you guys don't offer that ?
