Unfortunately Footprints & their sober living facility have gone downhill. They can’t retain any staff members of high quality. All of the therapists have left. The current staff lacks empathy & kindness. I’m sharing because it’s my 2nd time here & the level of care has decreased to almost nothing in the last 12 months. I came back to Footprints because I had excellent care here last year 2024. I would look at other facilities in the area which are better staffed & better quality & level of care.

Not confident these 5 star reviews are based on the location in Elgin. There is no apparent structure- lack of communication to family members of inpatients in residential. My son mentioned numerous times he had to find staff as there was no one around. Groups are not educational or led with direction. For a facility that provides medical services to their patients the quality of care provided is concerning.
