The family therapy is great as well as my individual therapist
Footprint mental health clinic is amazing. I’ve been going to them for a couple of years now and I’m very satisfied. It’s like talking to my best friend. I strongly highly recommend footprints.
This place made my mental health worse. It’s ridiculous that I sought mental help only to be treated poorly. Of course, the mental health system is full of incompetence and unethical people who care only about money. How the heck did they even get a degree? They seem to be handing out licenses to anyone these days. Imagine being a therapist without emotional intelligence. The system is a joke for those who truly want help.
