DID NOT COMMUNICATE. Made several request to meet via zoom so she could review our accounts and be sure we were familiar with what she had done and how she set up our accounts. Sent everything over to our CPA for tax prep and had to basically redo most of the accounts. Very unprofessional and I will not be using them or recommend to anybody. I have since utilized Quickbooks live bookkeeping and I'm thoroughly pleased with the results!
