Update: As you can see from their response, they continue to deflect responsibility. Avoid. My review stands: My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I paid them over $10,000 and, in return, received only two half-days of labor—a completely unacceptable exchange for the amount paid. My project is incomplete and a quarter of my budget has been wasted. Update: After reading the owner’s response, we reached out to Hector again to clarify whether he would replace the unmatched railing free of charge as he stated in his response to this review, and once again he refused saying it was too expensive for him to foot the bill on. So we are left to pay for HIS mistake/deception. Will try to make this as short and concise as I can. Will try to make this as short and concise as I can. A few months ago we had a meeting with a different company who gave us a quote on the addition we wanted added to our current deck. This other company told us they could not match the colors of our deck or railing though, so we decided to contact Footprints for both an additional quote, and to see if they could match our deck and railing. Footprint decks removed our existing deck and replaced it with an enlarged, steel framed composite deck with a rod iron railing. Hector seamlessly took over our project. He was always available to take our calls and address any concerns. Jorge and his team worked long, cold hours, even past sunset and weekends, to complete the job. The result of their hard work is a solidly built, gorgeous deck that we will enjoy for years to come..
