They need to fire the girl in the front. She was beyond rude for no apparent reason. Told me she doesn't get paid enough to care. It was a very odd experience to have someone be so nasty when you are just being nice and talking. I have no idea about the services there because it was clear she wanted us to leave so we just left. I came in for an appointment and tried to use a gift card and they told me I couldn’t use a gift card. They said I have to pay for it this time and use the gift card next time. I left and won’t ever come back!! Very rude and extremely unprofessional!!!
I’ve been going here for 2 years I’ve let many little things slide. The younger front desk girl is beyond rude. I immediately got a refund and left. She made me feel so uncomfortable it’s not a good way to start a massage to get a rude attitude. I will never be back. You have lost a customer.
