I've used FootMax Orthotics for over 20 years now and have ordered thousands of pairs of orthotics over the years. Customer service has been great. My favorite two are Randy and Rick over the years. Highly recommend them as they are the only true custom-made orthotics as far as I know. The modules are made at their shop. Also it's easy to make any accommodations to the Orthotics and as far as the return policy, having 30 days, that beats most companies' return policy as well. No questions asked.

Im a foot doctor and I have been using Footmaxx in my office for the past 5 years. They offer high quality insoles at pricier level than most orthotics companies but i think that price premium is well justified Im not paid or sponsored by the company but to address some of the bad reviews from the past 1. Doctors don't post reviews for their suppliers on Google. Every time I order a pair of orthodics from "FOOTMAXX" they screw it up. How hard is it to create a pair of orthodics to match a pair you have already made? If you can avoid these folks, do so at any price. F- product F- customer service
