We lost all trust in Footitt Homes. The items under warranty were not addressed. And the flights to Hawai'i promised at closing never happened. The one item we forced to get fixed (humidity) wasn't paid for by Bob, so the contractor forced us to pay for the warranty item. When we kindly brought up the flights to Hawai'i, Bob stated his wife spent the money. No Tickets. When you are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, there needs to be some level of trust. I suggest you find a different builder.
