The computer system this company implemented for our ICF facility has overcomplicated all of our lives. This system, AWARDS, has been an utter nightmare. The design is horrendous; it's counter-intuitive and is very difficult to customize. The appearance reminds me of a project I did in computer class in 1997 in middle school.
